This is a single-stage competition, only offered as a live performance at selected venues listed, where you perform ONE pop / rock / contemporary-style work.

Each participant may perform more than one instrument, but may NOT select more than one level per instrument.

Only the performance will be judged. Participants are strongly encouraged to dress-up for the event but no marks will be awarded for attire.

The performance will be judged based on:

Fluency of the performance, including the natural sync to any backing track
Proper control of the instrument or voice, reflecting tone colour / dynamics
Musicality and communication, showing confidence, stage-presence and conveying the intentions of the composer or song-writer

Each performance will be recognised with a Gold, Silver, Bronze, or Honourable Mention award. Written feedback about the performance will be sent directly to participants at their registered email address.
